These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products and services. Throughout these Terms, “VOPPI”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VOPPI.

By accessing our website, placing an order or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

VOPPI is an Australian online pet-care brand offering grooming, cleaning and everyday pet-care products.

2. Online Store Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the security, operation or functionality of our website.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information.

Actual product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, manufacturing variations or product batches.

Product packaging may also change from time to time.

We may update product information where reasonably necessary.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including where a product does not match its description or sample. Products sold to consumers must meet applicable consumer guarantees, including acceptable quality and matching their description.

4. Pet Product Use

VOPPI products are intended to be used in accordance with the instructions provided with each product.

Please supervise your pet when appropriate and discontinue use if a product causes discomfort, irritation or an unexpected reaction.

Pet grooming and cleaning needs vary between animals. Product information provided on our website is general information and is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice.

If you have concerns about your pet’s health, skin, coat or suitability for a particular grooming product, please seek advice from a qualified veterinarian.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our Australian website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine errors where permitted by law.

Delivery charges, discounts and other applicable amounts will be displayed during checkout.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, VOPPI may offer promotions, bundles or discount codes.

Promotions may:

Apply for a limited period
Apply only to selected products
Require a minimum order value
Be limited to one use per customer
Not be combined with another promotion or discount unless otherwise stated

Bundle products may already include discounted pricing and may be excluded from additional promotional codes where this is clearly disclosed.

We may modify or end a promotion in accordance with its stated terms and applicable law.

7. Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate:

Delivery information
Billing information
Product selections

After placing your order, you should receive an order confirmation.

We may contact you if additional information is reasonably required to process your order.

8. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

A product is unavailable
There is an obvious pricing or listing error
We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
We cannot fulfil the order due to circumstances outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

9. Payment

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Your use of a third-party payment service may also be subject to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

10. Delivery

We currently deliver within Australia.

Our current delivery rates are:

Orders under A$79 — A$9.95 delivery

Orders A$79 and over — FREE delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, with estimated delivery typically taking approximately 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by location, carrier delays, public holidays, weather and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

11. Returns & Change of Mind

VOPPI currently offers eligible change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

For a change-of-mind return, products generally need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and unopened where applicable for hygiene reasons.

Used grooming products and opened hygiene products, including opened FreshPaw Grooming Gloves, cannot be returned for change of mind.

Bundle products must generally be returned together as a complete bundle for a change-of-mind return.

Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs.

Importantly, these change-of-mind rules do not restrict rights relating to faulty or non-compliant goods under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian law does not automatically require a remedy simply because a customer changes their mind, but businesses that voluntarily offer a change-of-mind policy must follow it.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer guarantees apply automatically to eligible purchases and cannot be removed by store policies, warranties or contractual terms.

Where a product fails to comply with an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to remedies available under Australian law, depending on the circumstances.

13. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your:

Order number
Description of the issue
Relevant photographs or video where reasonably possible

We may reasonably assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Any remedy will be provided in accordance with your rights under applicable law. The ACCC confirms that businesses cannot use store policies or terms to remove a consumer’s rights to remedies for products that fail applicable consumer guarantees.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content on the VOPPI website — including branding, logos, graphics, website design, photographs, product descriptions and original written content — is owned by or licensed to VOPPI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, modify or commercially exploit our original website content without permission, except where permitted by law.

15. Customer Reviews & User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, comment or other content to VOPPI, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You must not knowingly submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading or infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.

If we wish to use customer photographs or videos in advertising beyond the context in which they were originally submitted, we may seek appropriate permission where required.

16. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment providers, delivery providers, analytics services and social media platforms.

These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control, subject always to any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to keep the VOPPI website available and functioning properly.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security updates or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOPPI will not be liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from misuse of our products contrary to supplied instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or remedies where doing so would be unlawful, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
